Subscribers
We store your email, plan, chosen states, categories and stages, delivery logs, and your Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe holds them. We use your details to deliver the feed, bill you and answer support. We don't sell subscriber data or share it beyond Stripe (billing), our email delivery provider and our hosting. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe; transactional mail (your account link, receipts) is sent as needed. To delete your account, contact us or email main@station.solutions; we remove your record within 10 business days and keep only what tax law requires.
Visitors
No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts. We count page views ourselves, without cookies. To learn how people find us, your browser remembers for the current tab which site sent you here and the first page you saw (session storage, cleared when the tab closes); if you sign up, that short note is saved with your account. Server logs (IP, page, time) are kept for 30 days to prevent abuse. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it serves them. The site sets no cookies unless you sign in, and then only a functional one.
Businesses in the data
The venue records we publish are public government records: license and permit filings made by businesses. We reproduce them, classify them, and for subscribers add publicly listed phone numbers, websites and map coordinates. Some filings are made by a person rather than a company (a sole proprietor or a named licensee), so a record can contain an individual’s name next to the business address they filed. We publish it only as the agency published it, we add no personal detail of our own, and we never try to identify or profile the individual behind a filing. We hold no home address, no personal email, no date of birth and no identification number.
Opt out. Every venue page has an Is this your business? box. Confirming it removes the record from our public pages and search results at once. To have the phone, email and website removed from the paid feed as well, say so there or contact us with the venue name and address, and a person does it within 10 business days. California residents: this is also your Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, and it covers a named individual on a filing as much as a company. We honor it without verification beyond confirming that the filing is yours, and we don't discriminate against anyone who asks.
Ribbon Leads in ChatGPT and other AI assistants
Ribbon Leads can be used from inside ChatGPT (and other assistants that support the Model Context Protocol). When you ask it something, the assistant sends us only the search it wants to run: a state, optionally a city, kind of business, licensing stage and date range, or one venue ID. We never receive your conversation, your assistant account details or anything else you typed. Without a connected account the answer is the public records this site already shows, and we keep no record of who asked.
If you connect your Ribbon Leads account, we ask for your email and email you a six-digit code; the code is stored only as a one-way hash and expires in 10 minutes. We then issue the assistant an access token (also stored only as a hash) that lets it read the filings your plan covers and your plan details, nothing else. Each search through a connected account is logged on your account as a delivery (time, number of records, and the state and city searched), kept for as long as your account exists, the same as your email deliveries. Tokens expire after 24 hours and refresh tokens after 90 days, or at once when you disconnect in the assistant or ask us. Separately we count searches per day per tool, as totals with no query or identity attached. None of this is sold or shared beyond our hosting provider.
Vendors we contact
We sometimes email a business that sells to new venues, at a business address it publishes online, to show a sample of the feed. That is at most three short emails over about ten days, and it stops as soon as you reply, unsubscribe or an email bounces. Every one is marked as an advertisement and carries our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and a suppression list makes sure nothing more is sent after you opt out.
