How to stop, and what you get back

1. The free digest
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. One click ends it the same hour. Nothing else is required and nobody will write to ask why.
2. Paid plans
Market and National are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account page (one click, no email or call needed). Your feed keeps running to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
3. The free trial
Both paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and nothing is ever charged.
4. Refunds
If you are charged and did not mean to be — you meant to cancel, or you were charged twice — email main@station.solutions within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. Outside that window we refund the unused part of the month on request. If a source covering your plan’s territory has failed for more than 7 consecutive days, we credit a proportional share of that month whether or not you ask.
5. Data after you leave
Records you downloaded while subscribed are yours to keep for your own business, under the data licence. Your API key stops working when the subscription ends.
